If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return / Refund

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued to your UPI ID or bank account, once return is verified.
